The Townhouse is located in the historic residential area just 2 and a half short blocks from The Historic Downtown Courthouse Square & Whiskey Row. There is a tremendous array of activities at The Square and you are literally only a short 3 to 5 minute walk from The Square and the famous Whiskey Row.
The Townhouse is professionally decorated with a Southwestern Theme. The Townhouse downstairs is all tile and upstairs is all carpet. The upstairs window coverings are blackout shades.
When you arrive and walk out onto The Townhouse rear patio, you can relax and enjoy a book in the privacy of your own yard. The outside Townhouse patio includes a fenced in backyard, which will be great if you have a dog, and there is a gate to the side walk for easy access to walk your dog.
Sitting just above street level, you can sit in the family room and gaze outdoors watching local neighbors stroll the sidewalks of this quiet historic residential area, which The Townhouse is part of.
If you want to go out to eat or experience the local nightlife, Whiskey Row and the Historic Downtown Courthouse Square is just a short 2.5 blocks away. But at night, you are far enough away, such that The Townhouse provides a quiet atmosphere for relaxing or sleep.
The Townhouse is approximately 1,100 square feet with two bedrooms upstairs (king size bed in the master bedroom and queen size bed in the second bedroom), full bath/shower with stackable washer and dryer upstairs. Downstairs there is a completely stocked kitchen (cook your Thanksgiving, Christmas or Easter dinner), nook eating area and family room with 55" flat screen HDTV. Dish cable enables you to downstream Netflix and Prime Vidio since we have high speed WIFI access.
The Townhouse can easily accommodate two couples or a family of five. Also remember we are pet friendly, so bring the pooch (there is a nominal pet fee).
Why a vacation rental for my visit to Prescott?
Here are just a few of the amenities a vacation rental offers:
More space than a hotel room Many hotels limit the number of guests per room, creating a need to book a second room just to accommodate families with children. |
Lower cost than a hotel stay Staying in a private home is a cost-effective way to travel on a budget and still visit the places you want to see. |
Kitchen to prepare meals Eliminating the need to eat every meal at a restaurant is another cost savings for you. Feel secure knowing you can purchase groceries and eat healthy while on vacation. |
Entertainment Vacation rentals offer upgraded entertainment such as satellite TV, premium channels, enhanced sound systems, and free wifi. |
Convenience Some vacation rentals have a clothes washer and dryer. You can pack lighter knowing you’ll have the ability to do laundry while you’re away. |
Vacation like a local You’re not a tourist in Everybody’s HomeTown, and staying in a vacation rental will help to make you feel at home. Get authentic feel for the small town atmosphere! |
